How We Are Keeping You & Our Employees Safe

All staff members must wear face coverings even when others are not immediately present. This includes all employees, technicians and back office staff.

We ask that all guests wear a face covering prior to entering the building. We have masks on hand for anyone who may need one.

Any employee whose health is in question is asked to return home. For the safety of all, we ask that you DO NOT enter the facilities is your are sick or showing any symptoms.

All areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily.

We have installed plastic shields between customers and clerks at service & parts counters and clean them frequently.

Adjustments have been made to ensure safe social distancing. All employees must remain 6 feet apart from other staff members and customers at all times, including in break rooms.

We ask that our guests use the social distancing floor stickers inside our service and parts department that designate where customers should stand.

We proudly offer pickup and delivery for our service customers. And while your car is in for service, please know that our valets, advisors, technicians, and detail shops are also taking precautions and following the best practices that we have put in place.

Further, we are disinfecting your interiors, including your steering wheel and other parts of your vehicle’s interior before receiving it back from us.
